CryoTrack 耐低溫電子標簽（-196℃ RFID）
The RFID is a superior technology that allows non-contact sample identification, however there are a number of formidable challenges in terms of operability and usability. We succeeded in achieving non-contact identification while retaining the usability, by embedding thin RFID tag between conventional sample labels.
RFID電子標簽傳感技術(shù)可實(shí)現非接觸式樣本識別，但是在實(shí)際應用和操作上仍然面臨很多挑戰，通過(guò)在常規的標簽中植入RFID電子磁圈，我們成功的實(shí)現了非接觸式的樣本識別。
1) Temperature range that corresponds to ample management 適當的溫度控制范圍
Our proprietary verifications confirmed long-term and low-temperature storage resistance with liquid nitrogen at liquid phase temperature(-196℃)
我們對在液氮(-196℃)條件下進(jìn)行了專(zhuān)門(mén)的驗證，證明其可長(cháng)期超低溫存放
2) RFID tag data writing and label printing at the same time 標簽數據可同時(shí)寫(xiě)入信息與打印信息
RFID tag data writing and label printing at the same time when label is issued. Data backup is possible even if the RFID tag breaks down.
當信息內容確定后，RFID標簽可寫(xiě)入和打印相應數據，即使RFID標簽破損，數據信息也可以備份
3) No specific type of tube needs to be used 無(wú)需使用特殊類(lèi)型的凍存管
The usability of the sample control label, with existing track records, remain the same. Tubes that are currently in use can be used when transitioning to the RFID control, without changing any tube.
樣品現有標簽的內容可以與CryoTrack電子標簽內容保持一致，過(guò)渡增加了RFID傳感追溯功能，可以使用當前在用的凍存管，無(wú)需更換特殊尺寸凍存管。
4) Coordination with automatic labeler 配合自動(dòng)貼標機
In addition to printing and loading data, automation can be extended to include automated adhesion on tubes by coordinating with the Spin Labeler, which is an automatic tube labeler.
除了打印和寫(xiě)入數據外，可以通過(guò)自動(dòng)旋轉貼標機實(shí)現凍存管表面自動(dòng)貼標。
5) High-speed scanning available with RFID 電子標簽可進(jìn)行高速掃描讀取
A dedicated reader-writer unit can be used to perform a batch identification of 100 tubes in just a few seconds, even when they are frozen at -150℃
即使在-150℃極低溫度情況下，專(zhuān)用的讀寫(xiě)器也可以在幾秒鐘內就能完成100個(gè)凍存管的批量識別。
*It is not possible to identify positional information in the box
但是并不能識別凍存盒內的位置信息。
6) Customizable 訂制服務(wù)
Label sizes and RFID tags can be customized to suit dimensions of sample containers and applications 尺寸和RFID標簽可以根據樣品容器和應用不同進(jìn)行訂制化服務(wù)提供。
