Standard microspheres are a series of aqueous solutions containing polymer microspheres. Our products have particle size ranges from 100nm to 10μm, enabling calibration and monitoring of instruments over a wide range.
Size standard microspheres are verified by a series of particle size analyzers, including Photon Correlation Spectrometer (PCS), Disc Centrifugal Photometer (DCP), Tunable Resistive Pulse Sensing (TRPS), Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) or laser diffraction (LD), etc.
Counting standard microspheres are highly NIST traceable. It can meet the ISO9000, ISO10012, ANSI/NCSL-Z540, GMP/GLP and other traceable compliance requirements. Through strict resuspension procedures and particle counting detections, the microsphere suspended body with accurate particle number can be obtained, which is the necessary tool for calibrating particle counting instrument.
